The new e-mail system has been launched.

Current Known Issues

Migration of data:

Full instructions are published under the FAQ (link on right hand menu). Please do NOT migrate your mail via the "Outlook 2007 - Old Email System" program. Only use the "Outlook Desktop" for this.

Bugs:

Some users have reported the following issues with the new mail system:

• Vacation Message not working - Microsoft have acknowledged this as a bug and are working to fix it.
• New e-mails minimising - This is due to the Portia session expiring. We are increasing the length of the session to resolve this.

These have been logged with Microsoft and resolutions are pending.
