Shree Chanakya Education Society’s “Indira Group of Institutes”, Pune was established in 1994, with the explicit vision to provide sustainable impetus to the corporate and entrepreneurial abilities in the youth.

The realization that a robust framework of education is indispensable for the growth of global leaders, the visionary, Dr. Tarita Shankar, Chairperson and Chief Mentor, Indira Group, integrated her pursuit of excellence and articulated educational institutions, known as Indira Group of Institutes (IGI), which imbibe human excellence and demonstrate strong social values, with a single-minded pursuit of developing the youth to become business leaders.

Unrelenting initiatives by the management team at Indira led to adding of multi-disciplines such as Management, Information Technology, Pharmacy, Commerce, Science, Engineering, Aviation and Mass Communication to the group and growth has been as deep as it has been wide. With 14 institutions, IGI now offers education right from Kindergarten to Doctorate level studies. The Indira Group of Institutes extends a warm and enthusiastic welcome to all students for our upcoming Hackathon event. It is with great excitement that we invite you to embark on a journey of innovation, collaboration, and creativity. This Hackathon is not just a competition; it is a platform for you to showcase your talents, push your boundaries, and make a real impact on society. Registration

Process

Form a Team:
Gather a team of 2-3 students who will participate in the hackathon with you.

Fill out the Registration Form:
Once on the registration page, fill out the required information accurately. This may include details such as team name, team members' names, email addresses, contact information, and any other requested details. Then proceed for Payment.

Payment:
Pay the registration fee of Rs 500 per team. Ensure that you have the necessary funds ready for payment.

Payment Process:
Follow the instructions provided on the registration page to complete the payment process. This may involve selecting a payment method(Online method preferred), entering payment details, and confirming the transaction.

Confirmation:
After completing the registration and payment process, you should receive a confirmation message or email confirming your team's registration for the hackathon. Save this confirmation for your records

Team Communication:
Stay in touch with your team members to coordinate and plan for the hackathon. Discuss ideas, divide tasks, and ensure everyone is prepared for the event.For any further issue you can contact hackathon Student Coordinators.

Attend the Hackathon:
On the day of the hackathon, make sure your team is ready to participate and collaborate effectively. Follow any instructions provided by the organizers and make the most of the opportunity to innovate and create.

Process Flow

Gather a team of participants and Pay the registration fee to complete the registration process

Teams can access the list of problem statements and select any one problem statement from the given list and start their work.

Once the problem statement is selected, teams can start working on their solutions

Teams present their work in front of the judges either through online mode (Zoom) or offline mode, the presentation mode is chosen by the team itself.Judges evaluate the presentations and select the best teams to advance to the final round.

Selected teams participate in the final round, where Judges review them and select the top three teams based on their work..

The prize distribution ceremony takes place on 27th April 2024, at 5:00 pm.

With the prize distribution ceremony, IGI's Hackathon 2024 officially concludes, marking the end of the event.
