Entry requirement for the First Year of Engineering:
1.1 Eligibility criteria for Maharashtra State Candidate and Outside Maharashtra State Candidate:
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational
subject AND Secured minimum 50 % marks (minimum 45 % marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the subjects Engineering/Technology
Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject added
together.
AND
Obtained a positive Composite score* i.e., marks obtained after adding 50% of JEE (Main)2014 (Paper 1)
marks and 50% of normalized Standard XII (Board or Equivalent Examination) marks in Physics, Chemistry and
Mathematics.
1.2 Eligibility Criteria for All India Candidates:
Candidate should be an Indian National and should have passed the HSC (Std.XII) examination of
Maharashtra State Board of Secondary and Higher Secondary Education or its equivalent examination with
subjects English, Physics, Mathematics and Chemistry/Biotechnology /Biology/ Technical Vocational
subject
AND
Secured minimum 50 % marks (minimum 45 % marks, in case of backward class categories and persons with
disability candidates belonging to Maharashtra State only) in the subjects Physics, Mathematics and
Chemistry/Biotechnology/Biology/ Technical Vocational subject added together.
AND
Obtained All India Rank in JEE (Main) 2014 (Paper 1) given by CBSE
Note: 1) Maharashtra Candidates eligible as per rule 1.1 and 1.2 shall submit single Application and
Option form for the CAP for both Maharashtra State Seats and All India Seats. Such candidates will be
given best single allotment through CAP as per inter‐se‐merit.
1.3) For the candidates wishing admission under Institute level seats:
Candidates from Maharashtra State as well as from outside Maharashtra State having required Educational Qualification are eligible for Institute level 6 (20%) seats provided they have appeared for MHT-CET conducted by the competent Authority or conducted by agency (if any) including Association of all Pvt. colleges approved by Pravesh Niyantran Samittee. However, they are required to apply separately to the Management of the respective institutes for these seats.
1.4) For the Diploma holder candidates:
After admitting candidates fulfilling the eligibility criteria mentioned at para (1.1,1.2 & 1.3) above, if the vacancies still exists after the cut of date declared by the concerned Government authority, the Principal may admit diploma holders who have passed the diploma course in Engineering / Technology with minimum of 50% marks and medium of instruction as English from Polytechnics affiliated to MSBTE or AICTE approved autonomous Polytechnics in Maharashtra State (for Maharashtra State Candidates) or such polytechnics situated in or outside the MH State (for outside Maharashtra State Candidates) Such admissions are also as per merit of candidates applied for the particular un-aided college.
Rules for transfer of students at second year and onward:
Transfer whether within the Institute or to another will be effected only in case of students passing fully in the previous year I semester. While applying for transfer from one University to another, the student must produce an eligibility certificate from the university to which the Engineering College he proposes to join is affiliated.
Change of branch within the College / Institute:
The Principal of the college shall allow change of course within the college immediately after the declaration of result of first year or second semester examination on merit to the eligible candidates who have passed first year or both first and second semester examinations in full and not with A.T.K.T. from the same instructions aspiring for a change of course provided, vacancies exist within the sanctioned intake. The Principal shall be responsible for ascertaining the eligibility laid down by concerned University for the course to which the candidate is being transferred.

The fees structure of the college will be as per the approval by the Shikshan Shulk Samittee.
